The world's largest solar energy roof covers the exposition hall of the Floriade 2002, Haarlemmermeer, Netherlands. The area of the roof is 26,110 m² (281,045 ft²) and it has a generating capacity of 2.3 MW. It was created by Nuon Renewables on April 6, 2002. |
