Take a bus from Manila to Alaminos, Pangasinan, 254 kms about five hours. From Alaminos take a tricycle ride to Barangay Lucap, fare about 20 to 30 pesos, pay when you arrive, go to PTA tourist office and they will help you to get a cheaper banca ride to explore the islands or rent a guest house. It is nominated as one of the natural wonders.
